Founder and Elasticsearch Consultant
Musab Doğan is the founder of SearchAli. He combines an electrical and electronics engineering background with years of hands-on enterprise search, Elasticsearch architecture, and delivery consulting.
In the earlier stages of his career, he worked with major institutions in Türkiye at the scale of BTK. That period built a strong foundation in how large-scale systems should be designed, protected, and operated sustainably.
He later focused on the Elasticsearch ecosystem and delivered search, performance, monitoring, and architectural transformation work across 18 different locations around the world. Every engagement presented on the SearchAli website is a direct result of that field experience.
After working as a consultant for Elasticsearch, he founded his own company, SearchAli. Today, SearchAli is positioned not just as an implementation team, but as a specialist practice that connects search infrastructure to business outcomes with battle-tested decisions.
